Clear tasks from Redis

Is there a way to flush all tasks from the redis queue, or maybe get all redbeat keys in order to programatically delete them?

There isn't an API to do so but it would be straightforward to add depending on if you were willing to accept Celery running already dispatched tasks or if you needed those to be revoked.
