Rat atlas

Hi,
Currently, i am working with brain metabolic networks in rat and i would like to know if it's possible apply the brainncon to plot the brain connectivity data in rat atlas.

Hi - currently, brainconn only has a human brain background. Is there something like MNI/standard coordinate space for rat brain data? If so, this could be implemented in brainconn, but would require an example atlas with coordinates, and a nice rendering of the rat brain to use as a background. The 3d implementation would require a mesh or .vtk file of a standard rat brain.
