#10 was a great addition, but when a team or group you're in has been assigned to the pull request rather than your user directly, it does not show up as a pull request waiting for your review according to this extension, even though it does on the "Pull Requests" tab of a repository. This extension is fairly useless for me at the moment because of the lack of this feature.

Hmm... that's a good idea. I wonder what the easiest, best way to do this will be? I'll have to learn how to check the groups. So, your desired behavior would be that when you filtered down to items assigned to you as a reviewer it included also PRs where you are a member of a group assigned the PR, right?

Correct.

I also would like this functionality. Whether you automatically pull the items for you and any groups you are in or you allow you to define what items you want included in the query (ie - I always want assigned to me or in one of these 2 specified groups).
