Indicate that PR is a draft (or not a draft)

Hi, thank you for this great extension. I use it daily to get an overview of all the code I have to review that day. However, it is a bit frustrating that there is no way to see if the PR is a draft or not. Could this be implemented somehow? Maybe the drafts could be greyed out/italic or something?

@dingobar I've previously contributed to this project, but I've found out that it's using old API calls, and the codebase itself is not very maintainable. So I've built another "Active Pull Request" extension from scratch that utilizes the new API calls as well as the new design guide, which will give you other neat features for free.
