Alternative to git clone #18

Hey, I have been reading your paper for a while and it is quite useful in my research. I would like to test this method but the setup is getting in my way. The computer I am using can not perfectly connect the github server (permission denied with public key). I have been unable to manually switch the ssh server on this machine. Is there anyway to install it through the downloaded master fold?
PS: If I do pytest from the master file directory, it shows 74 passed in 11.87s. I assume it is a success. But I am not able to use scHPF command.
