Updates to Tutorial for v2 UI

Need to make the following changes to the tutorial once the v2 UI is completed:

Tracking & Monitoring

• Plot of random_number graph needs updating
• Plot of averages graph needs updating
• Information about custom plots needs updating (is this still possible? Do you need to plot it via the main Runs page? If so, image needs updating)
• Location of resource metrics is no longer under Resources tab, need to change to select drop down in Metrics tab and select Resources
• Add image of alerts graphs

Analysis

• update_tags() currently overwrites tags instead of appending, TBD correct behaviour, see https://github.com/simvue-io/server/issues/53 . If decided overwriting is correct behaviour, then whole method of finding a relevant run breaks.
• get_runs() no longer seems to filter through runs correctly, need to revisit once behaviour is fixed. See https://github.com/simvue-io/server/issues/54
• In fact this all seems fairly broken, I cannot even retrieve a run by name...
