Increase detail on how Simvue generates and stores data

To address FAIR point R1.2 (data are associated with detailed provenance), could do with going into much more detail with additional diagrams on how data is transferred, stored and reobtained. Could also include more details on which other open source technologies have been used to build Simvue.

The lineage/dependencies is done automatically based on file checksums. For example:

(1) Create run A with an output file
(2) Create run B with an input file with the same checksum as run A.

In this case run A and run B will be connected via the file generated by run A and used as input into run B. Also note that only one copy of the file is stored in object store (i.e. they are de-duplicated based on checksums). So you can have thousands of runs using the same input files and we don't unnecessarily store thousands of copies of the same file.

Also note that it doesn't matter if run A is added to Simvue before run B, or run B before run A.

Will be helpful to have this detail in documentation and linked to a tutorial.
