FDS container unuseable in Apptainer

In this Dockerfile:

FDS is installed in /root, which prevents this image from being used on an HPC system. Please don't use /root (or /home).

One solution is to move the FDS directory to /opt and modify the env variable script:

RUN mv /root/FDS /opt/ && sed -i 's|/root/FDS|/opt/FDS|g' /opt/FDS/FDS6/bin/FDS6VARS.sh
