Add `abort_on_failure` to alert creation via the executor

Adding the argument add_alert(..., abort_on_failure=True) and connecting this to the executor extension for the client. This will allow the client to terminate the simulation itself if a threshold is exceeded.

I think this is already in Simvue anyway:

with simvue.Run() as run:
    run.config(abort_on_alert=True)  # This is True by default as well
