Adding new lines to code breaks marked-up lines

Hi, thank you for a fantastic extension. Will it be possible to preserve marked-up lines while I edit the code?

For example, if I have marked up lines 204 to 209 but instead of 206, when I will adjust the code above it, let's say add one line, it will still leave 206 unmarked, but this line now has a different code than before.
