Fill title and description on already saved bookmark

When the option 'Use browser metadata' is selected the extension get the title and description from the page, it works just fine, but the if field title or description is empty and I open the plugin the field keep empty.

Will be nice if the option 'Use browser metadata' is selected fill the field if is empty no matter if is a new or old bookmark when open the extension.
