I'm using multiple mailcatcher instances for different projects. It would be convenient for me to be able to change the title of the tab and at the top of the page to "< custom title part > MailCatcher".

Adding this using a --title flag would be my preference.

I can create an implementation and submit a pull request if there is any interest.
