How to eliminate bad events? #3

Dear all
I am sorry for the early issue opened here and I am sorry for bothering you.
I am facing some problems with Roounfold output, i.e the response matrix. I have empty bins in the response and error matrix. I tried using different binning schema to solve this problem, but nothing works. I also tried to add if condition on the reconstructed events and to use Miss() function, but also nothing work.
Could some one help me please. I attached the output figures and the code I used to create this output.
