HTTPProxy (Courier CRD) in Topology #248

In Headlamp Map, once we select 'Custom Resources', CRs such as Courier's HTTPProxy are visible. In Radar, such CRs don't show up in Topology. It would be a useful feature to get such CRs in the Topology view. Thanks!
