This is related to #135, to allow the user to set up a suitable external player for MIDI. In the case of CLI players, Lagrange's browser window could act as the de facto graphical interface.

At the moment, it is possible to set up a MIME hook that converts audio/midi to a playable format, like WAV, using a command line tool like timidity.
