WorkerGlobalScope not yet tested #1

In order to test WorkerGlobalScope, it will be necessary to perform the following steps for each tested assertion:

send test assertion specification to Worker via postMessage
perform assertion in Worker thread
send assertion results back to main test thread
in main thread, asynchronously report results from Worker thread
