When activating dummy item, now the server gives the id of dummy item to the player

This doesn't work

We need to give a random item that is inside this dummy item (it works like leveled lists but simplier)

In the future we will improve this system. For now clientside object and serverside one may not match.

UPD: it seems that Dummy Objects in Skyrim use Leveled Lists https://ck.uesp.net/wiki/LeveledItem
