Hello,
I'm not a coder, I'm just looking for some help with using this app to work on a google sheets document. When I drop URL into the window, it always says failed to load. Could not find any contact info for basic user help and would really like to use this app for a big project I'm doing, but cannot get the window to load properly.

Thanks for your help. And if there's an easier way to contact for support in the future, please let me know.

I’m not familiar with google sheets. Can you provide steps to reproduce?
