Update Workflow Table - State Format Version 5 changed naming of SdlbVersion and AppVersion Info

The following state format changes in version 5 affect the implementation of the workflow table of the visualiszer

• buildVersionInfo is renamed to sdlbVersionInfo
• appVersion: String is converted to appVersionInfo: Map[String,Any]

Adapt table columns definition accordingly, so that visualizer is compatible with version 4 and 5 state files.
