Workflow Run Filters are reset on refresh #115
Description
On a Workflow Run Page, after refreshing the data with the button in the upper right corner, the Filters for Attempt and Phase are not applied to the visualization.
Filter values are still set, but not reflected in the visualization with refreshed data.
It works for Phases, but this is not a filter of the data, but rather an option for the visualization.
Expectation:
Visualization should be filtered the same way after refresh.
