• web3modal (for wallet connection)
• antd (for ui part)
• nextjs14

A little bit modification with more complete nft marketplace functionality

• Enable alchemy-sdk for showing all user owned nft on the selling page.
• Remove the approve form part.
• Add auto check nft approval before listing.
