Is frame step possible?

In mpv-nightly-0.41.0^20251225.c0d989c-1.fc43.x86_64.rpm, I am able to step backward and forward by one frame, at will. Considering that vlc-3.0.22-1.fc43.x86_64.rpm lacks this, and old versions of SMPlayer lacked it, ¹ does SMPlayer now support it? ²

In Windows version of smplayer it is possible, I am not sure about the .rpm version.
"." hotkey is for frame step forwards and "," is for frame step backwards.
