yt-dlp reliance on other projects [32 bit XP version] #1293

Smplayer is one of the few projects which still give support to older OS, which is great. But it seems you used other projects (which could be downloaded by the user too), which makes me wonder the criteria you used to choose one of these from. A simple riced project, how much can one trust?
Perhaps was this #1191 and it doesn't look all methodological. Again, I'm not critical of the decision, but always prevented me of doing this, and your project seemed to not have the same precaution, which I doubt you audited it.
