file_settings ini files overrides current settings in gui. no way to disable postprocessing for videos with an existing ini file in file_settings #1303

Describe the bug
When smplayer has created ini file for a video in file_settings with the line postprocessing_filter=true then it's not possible to change the setting in the GUI. There seems to be no way to disable postprocessing for those videos. Encountered this while trying to make sense of issue #1302
POstprocessing remains active and mpv is called with --vf-add=lavfi=[pp], igniring the current selected setting in GUI.
Only way to revert the setting is by identifying the ini file and editing manually its content.

Multimedia engine you're using with SMPlayer (preferences -> general):

it would help if it would be possible to change settings in Video/Filters even if mpv failed to render video. Unfortunately this options are disabled in this case. Video/Filters menu is disabled.
