Add feature so that a filter can be used on multiple datasets. #1414

Be able to apply a filter for all datasets. Use case is when you have multiple tables that has the same column that you want to filter on.
Something like this might be useful: https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/yaml-anchors/
