createindex of target database bug

when I use createindex mmseqs createindex phrogs_profile_db_seq tmp to create a index of database ,but I met the bug like this:
Database phrogs_profile_db_seq needs header information
I think the header file is in this folder.the target database folder like this:

How did you create the databases? The ls output looks a bit unexpected.
