It looks like this is the same tool / resource that [Irene's talking about](https://events.agilescientific.com/idea/convert-excel-exploration-tool-to-jupyter-notebook) converting into a Jupyter notebook and / or web app. It definitely feels like it should be more than an Excel-based tool. This video and abstract might provide a bit of an update from the reference (2016) that Irene links to in the Hackathon Ideas.

Spot on Evan. It's basically the same stuff and, from what I understand, they have been in communication with Bill. I hear that their tool comes out in June (maybe) but it is a much more bells and whistles version. The NREL folks have also set up a geothermal wiki that will likely be worth supporting as an endevor.
