I do have a similar query regarding SONIC-DASH?

It's a good bet that DASH would use sonic-buildimage as the basis, which is debian-based. Vendors would simply define new platform targets, provide a binary of libsai (and other collaterals for platform-specific purposes).
Perhaps @lguohan can answer this more definitively?
