I hate building centralized user-base and internal login/register procedures.

Alternatives:

• GitHub OAuth application
• Facebook OAuth
• Other...

Classic options:

• basic-auth (browser dialog)
• user db table

Login using GitHub account is a good idea.
I hate facebook login :)
There are more big players like LinkedIn & Twitter, but GitHub fits better than all for the mighty ansilog.

If we allow social login, how do you control who can register?
I see two options:

1. Private invite URL
2. Or authorization by user's allowed repositories via GitHub

I like the private invite more since not all projects will be hosted in github...
