Permissions through Hubot could work nice.
But through the GUI, we might just open it to ourselves with everything is allowed..

Deployment should be restricted to users with certain roles, per project.
I suggest to have owner/admin/user roles. Each user will have deploy privilege yes/no, per project. Or we can decide which roles can deploy per project.

Hubot allows granting users roles,
and in the plugin we'll create for it you can verify roles per project/room.
