removing readonly from SerializerManager silently stops it from getting DepednencyCollection injected

ungodly abomination of either bug or crazy undocumented behaviour

no issues running tests:

all tests with serman die:

removing readonly from both managers fields caused the DependencyCollection to never get injected

most load bearing 2 words of all time

@metalgearsloth in serv5 readonly was added to its regular dependencies which prevents this, halp !!!
