Prototypes can inherit from themselves

This should cause a linter fail.

Not sure if it checks for cyclic inheritance at the moment.

It did cause an error in the debug command line, I was searching for an error with the [SubscribeLocalEvent] and found the disposal pipe self inheritance error. Not sure how to make the linter fail with it.

At runtime I assume? Because otherwise I wonder how this even was able to get onto Master without failing a test

Only fails at runtime correct. I noticed the error when I was working on another PR and was confused cause I hadn't touched that file.
