Add COT Column to Simple Search Results

Once COTs are implemented, we need to enhance the simple search results page by adding a column that displays the Collection Object Type (COT) for each Collection Object returned in the search results. This will help users quickly identify the type of each object.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A new column labeled "Collection Object Type" is added to the simple search results.
• The COT name is displayed for each corresponding CO.
• Ensure the new column is sortable.
