CSS equivalent of SSML ? #4

@rmtuckerphx - first thanks for puttting these repos together and the concept of speech markdown. I read through the documentation and am wordering what is the css equivalent of ssml ... It is more of a question than an issue .
May be I missed some of the documentation for it seems someone must have thought about it before getting down to speech markdown .. For example , I wouldnt want to specify the voice or accent in the ssml .. those should be part of the "Sound css" so that I could change the voice / accent across entire contruct in one shot .. May be I need to read more of ssml documentation.
