Running SKM from the command line does not exit on close for Windows

1. Run SKM from the command line alone with no params:

   $ skm
   

2. Close the window using the 'x'
3. The skm process at the command line is still running...

skm gui will be removed completely in upcoming update, or at least until a good use of the GUI is found.
