The Open Service Initiative is entirely focused on providing open-source tools for IT teams, whether you're a managed service provider or an enterprise team.

Our core operations are going to focus on a few core areas to start, as these are the tools we see MSPs spending the most money on:

  • RMM - Remote Monitoring and Management
  • PSA - Professional Service Automation
  • RPA - Robotic Process Automation

Currently, all work is volunteer-driven.
Every sponsorship contributes towards making this a full-time endeavor and, eventually, a whole team.
