现在测试模型失败了会默认重试10次，这10次耗时很长，界面上一直卡在 测试中 状态，用户体验不太好

已提 PR #538 修复这个问题。
根因是测试连接复用了 Spring AI 的默认重试模板(10 次 + 指数退避,且会重试 ResourceAccessException),所以当 endpoint 填错或不可达时会反复重试,前端一直卡在「测试中」。
改动:给 DynamicModelFactory 加了一个不重试的模板重载,测试连接走不重试、失败立即返回;运行时模型仍保留默认重试做容错。已补充对应单测。麻烦有空时帮忙 review~
