Included Radiant Earth STAC is invalid

The included connection for the Radian ML Hub is invalid;

Trying to find valid STAC connection endpoints is pretty opaque and frustrating.

Assuming you used the "Test Connection" button.

From playing around with this plugin earlier, it looks like you can have success and connect and load data from STAC catalogs even if you see this warning using the "Test Connection" button.

For example "Microsoft Planetary Computer STAC API" reports an invalid API but works nicely and am able to load data.
