How to replicate basic authentication ? #252

When accessing a STAC API that requires basic authentication I can access it as follows:

curl --request GET \
  --url http://localhost:8084/collections \
  --header 'Authorization: Basic dXNlcjpwYXNz'

When using the QGIS STAC PLUGIN I get the following :

Any help would be appreciated.
