UID: readonly variable

When I download it and I run `make development-start` than I get the error:

```
/bin/sh: UID: readonly variable
/bin/sh: docker-compose: command not found
make: *** [development-start] Error 127
```

I think it's `docker compose` instead of `docker-compose`, isn't ?

I am on a Mac 14.6.1 (23G93).
