Bridging from any test chain to Sepolia USDC Does not work

Dear Stargate developers,

I tried to implement a bridge from BNB testnet USDT to Sepolia USDC through Stargate protocol v1 on smart contract.

As you can catch up on the screenshot, Stargate smart contract which may manage bridge token, sent me 0 USDC.
I am not sure if the management contract USDC balance is low or somewhere logic gets failed.

The thing is my same smart contract with vice versa bridge operation or any other cases between different chains except above case works very fine.
