Menu bar reflects the configured order (Claude → Codex)

Actual

Order in the menu bar is inverted (Codex → Claude)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable merged icon mode with multiple providers (e.g. Claude, Codex)
2. Arrange providers in a specific order in Preferences
