App crashes with "freed pointer was not the last allocation" on launch (MacOS)

CodexBar crashes immediately when launched. When launched manually from the command line, produces a memory management error.

To reproduce:

1. Open Terminal
2. Run: /Applications/CodexBar.app/Contents/MacOS/CodexBar
3. Observe crash
   "freed pointer was not the last allocation
   zsh: abort /Applications/CodexBar.app/Contents/MacOS/CodexBar"

System information:

• macOS version: 15.7.4
• CodexBar version: 0.20
• Processor: Apple Silicon M4
