[FEATURE] Update Tracing to support Langfuse Observation types

Problem Statement

Langfuse has updated their spans to support more types for filtering
https://langfuse.com/docs/observability/features/observation-types
Currently strands only supports a few of these types

Proposed Solution

Have a new decorator or update the existing tool decorator to support these additional types.

Use Case

For better filtering for evals and metrics against these different observation types
