[FEATURE] Disabling tool message in agent.messages when tools run in event loop

Problem Statement

Everything in the title :)
We can only disable direct_tool_call_messages but not the tools messages executed by the agent itself.
Would be nice to have this option for scalability issues on high concurrent execution.

Hi @wolfBetclic, we have a upcoming feature that might address this use case for you: #231

This general purpose hooks mechanism will allow the execution of logic at different points in the Agent's event loop lifecycle. So before or after the execution of a tool, you would be able to change the content of the latest generated message. Would this upcoming feature help address your request?
