1.preprocessing_sp.py running error

Hello,

I am trying to run a protein-peptide system. I was able to run tutorial without any problem.
When i am running my own complex, i am getting the following error;

Do you have an idea what could be the possible reason? I do not think it's a pyrosetta version error.
I can send the files.
