Research the use of the h2 tag in the name in the testimonial block.

Should we change this issue to allowing the users to set the heading type? What the heading should be will depend on where it's used, which we never really know.

I know we've had requests for this previously, and we have a new one here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/ab-testimonial-problems/
