Update front-end client side when new release

After we do a release on docs.numerique.gouv.fr I usually have a couple users complaining that their bug wasn't fixed or that they don't see the new feature.
My suggestion is always to do a hard refresh (ctrl + maj + r), which users often didn't know how to do previously.
I'm wondering if there is a way we could for the refresh client side after a release.
