Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.

Currently you can import drawio as an image import, but this is less appealing.

Describe the solution you'd like

A similar possibility as with Bookstack to integrate the drawio elements directly. Of course, it would also be important to allow your own drawio server as an environment variable.

I don't think there is anything comparable at the moment.

I am fundamentally not a programmer for frontends, so I would find it difficult.
In general, I'm also a bit short on time. But if no one takes up the idea, I would deal with it at some point.

Isn't there a licence issue with Draw.io where you have to show the draw.io copyright ?
We'd be more kin on something that uses BlockSuite, they have a really nice editor for this.

Before having a dedicated block maybe there should be a dedicated product just for diagrams

I think there is no such requirement. The build release is under apache 2.0 license.
Also, if you look at bookstack (another wiki app), there is also no "copyright" in the graphic.

Not really a replacement for draw io (very limited).
DrawIo is already used in many areas of technical documentation.
For simple diagrams BlockSuite may be sufficient (for a really simple diagram).
But for a network diagram or other complex diagrams I really wouldn't want to do without drawio.
