As a pyresttest contributor, I'd like to be able to do a push-button PyPi release from the master branch:

Set up PyPi test & main credentials on Jenkins
Create push button release-test-workflow that does a test release to test-PyPi from master
Integrate the pip installer tests using test pypi
Add flow to tag branch on release & merge to stable
